Effective teacher management is a key policy lever that can help Uganda achieve its goal of developing and sustaining a quality, inclusive, and equitable education system for all learners, including refugees and vulnerable Ugandans. This policy brief aims to provide research-based policy guidance for the effective management of primary school teachers in refugee settings in Uganda. The guidance is intended to support the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) and other key stakeholders at different levels of government in developing and implementing teacher management policies. management strategies, with the overall aim of improving teacher management in refugee settings.
