Effective teacher management is a key policy lever that can help Uganda achieve its goal of developing and sustaining a quality, inclusive, and equitable education system for all learners, including refugees and vulnerable Ugandans. This policy brief aims to provide research-based policy guidance for the effective management of primary school teachers in refugee settings in Uganda.
