Major organizers

UNESCO is the major organizer of the conference, working in close cooperation with Brotherhood and We Care Filmfest and Global Rainbow Foundation (India), and with the support of the
Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Disability Affairs Disability Affairs, and Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, Indian National Commission for Cooperation with UNESCO.
