Workshop on Developing Safeguarding Plans for Intangible Cultural Heritage in Samoa

This workshop aims at providing officials, NGO representatives, and Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) holders and practitioners in Samoa with the opportunity to learn how to develop ICH safeguarding plan through lectures, discussion on case studies, role play, and group exercise.
The workshop will be organised jointly by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Culture, the Ministry of Women, Community and Social Development, and the Centre for Samoan Studies at the National University of Samoa with financial assistance under UNESCO/Japanese Funds-in-Trust.
