eFiling portal

Terms of Use

Access

The eFiling portal is to be used only by United Nations staff members or their representatives, former United Nations staff members or their representatives and/or person(s) making claims in the name of an incapacitated or deceased staff member of the United Nations.

Only the parties to a case, including their legally authorized representatives, may have access, through the eFiling portal, to the electronic files pertaining to their case.

Access to the eFiling portal is provided to each user only for her or his personal use in connection with her or his case. User's login information should not be disclosed to any third parties.

Passwords

We require you to use a "strong" password (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the eFiling portal and for any activities or actions under your password. It is your responsibility to notify the UNDT or UNAT Registry of any breach of your account, including any use of your account by an individual whom you did not expressly authorize to do so. Any filing using the eFiling portal with your user account is considered to be made by you or with your express authorization.

If you submit the eFiling account request form it will mean that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.
