Appeal to UN Appeals Tribunal 60 days from receipt of judgment of the UN Dispute Tribunal or UNRWA Dispute Tribunal;
30 days from receipt of an interlocutory order of the UN Dispute Tribunal or the UNRWA Dispute Tribunal;
90 days from receipt of decision of Standing Committee UNJS Pension Board.

* A management evaluation is not required for disciplinary decisions, or those taken by the Administration based on the advice of an expert or advisory board, (e.g. ABCC, NY-CARC). In those cases an application can be made directly to UNDT.
