　　1945年4月25日至6月26日，50个国家的代表在旧金山会晤，商定了联合国宪章。

　　联合国非殖民化的工作源自《宪章》中“人民平等权利及自决”原则，以及《宪章》讨论附属地人民利益的三个具体章节：
