UN Appeals Tribunal

Time Limits

You must file an appeal within 60 calendar days of the receipt of a UNDT or UNRWA DT judgment, within 30 calendar days of the receipt of a UNDT or UNRWA DT interlocutory order, within 90 calendar days of the receipt of a decision of the Standing Committee of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Board or a specialized agency or entity, or within 30 days of the receipt of a decision of the Conciliation Committee of the ICJ. If a judgment, order or decision requires translation, the time limit starts to run from the day on which you receive the translation.
