国际青年日

　　1999年12月17日，大会第54/120I决议赞同主管青年事务部长世界会议（1998年8月8日至12日，里斯本）关于宣布8月12日为国际青年日的建议。大会还建议组织宣传活动支持青年日，提高人们对大会1995年通过的《到2000年及其后世界青年行动纲领》(第50/81号决议)的认识。
