UNESCO global project «The Children of the World are Painting»

The International «Forum Art Gorod» has been а participant in the UNESCO global project «The Children of the World are Painting» since 2004. The project implementation contributes to the development of creative thinking and artistic self-expression of the younger generation.

Developing the intercultural dialogue, the «Forum Art Gorod» with the support of the UNESCO Moscow Office for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation has held the contest of the children’s paintings on the subject: «Heroes of Our Time: All Different, All Unique» in 2008—2009.

"Music for Peace" Project

Two young Russian musicians, Maria Nemtsova (piano) and Vitaly Vatulya (saxophone) have founded and lead the Music for Peace Programme.

The concerts and master classes presented new and exciting challenges to the artists to perform in a variety of settings, whilst sharing their knowledge and talents with young, aspiring musicians.

UNESCO-KACES Arts Education Glossary Research

This project is a research on a glossary of arts education that aims at facilitating the global comprehension of the state of arts education. The Korea Arts and Culture Education Service initiated the research in preparation to the Second World Conference on Arts Education of UNESCO (25-28 May 2010, Seoul) and presented a basic structure of 13 facets,which tried to bring together key words on arts education.
