Themes

Discussions will build on the outcomes of UNESCO-UNEVOC’s previous regional consultations regarding youth employability and greening TVET. Evidence-based practices in TVET as well as regional progress and synthesis reports will be shared to inspire future TVET transformations. Thematic sessions are built around the two main themes: youth & skills and greening TVET.

For the topic of youth & skills, discussions will focus on school-to-work transition, entrepreneurial learning and private sector cooperation. For greening TVET, the debates will emphasize green policy approaches; teaching, learning and training of greening TVET; and greening skills for inclusive societies.
