From 22 to 24 September, Beijing, China, a UNESCO Creative City of Design, organized the Creative 2030 Summit in the framework of its Design Week.
The China Red Star Design Award welcome submissions for the 2017 edition, building on a legacy of over 6,000 submissions since 2010. Each year more than 300 products from 100 enterprises and designers are awarded in Beijing UNESCO Creative City of Design.
From 6 to 8 June 2016, UNESCO – in cooperation with the People’s Government of the Beijing Municipality and with the support of the National Commission of China for UNESCO – is organizing the Second UNESCO Creative Cities Beijing Summit, on the theme of “UNESCO Creative Cities Network: a lever for sustainable urban development”, in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
