International Conference on Education Management Information Systems
UNESCO and the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) join forces to support countries in maximizing Education Management and Information Systems (EMIS). The International Conference will provide education policy-makers, decision-makers and managers with a comprehensive, integrated set of data and information to support them in completion of their responsibilities and in monitoring that education systems are on track to meet Sustainable Development Goal as well as other international and national development goals related to education.
The Conference will also shed light on the challenges that developing countries face in relation to deploying an EMIS, and the policy lessons that can be learned from successful country experiences.
The international conference will bring together countries interested in EMIS, to identify good country practices and experiences in the area of EMIS development, implementation and use.
