The co-editors will present the UNESCO-de Gruyter publication They Did not Stop at Eboli: UNESCO and the Campaign against Illiteracy, a 1950 photo reportage by David “Chim” Seymour, celebrated photographer and cofounder of the Magnum Photos agency, with text by Italian author Carlo Levi, at the Paris bookshop La Nouvelle Chambre Claire (3 rue d'Arras, 75005 Paris) on December 13, from 5pm to 7pm.
