In this context, UNESCO and the Humanize Institute organize a virtual discussion on the "General History of Africa: the Story that Needs to be Told" on 24 November 2021. It aims to raise critical reflections on equity, racism and didactic application of the GHA Collection. UNESCO and Humanize Institute joined forces to collaborate in promoting racial equity and combating racism. In this sense, the two institutions supported the production of a new edition of the version in Portuguese of the General History of Africa (GHA) collection.
