Tongyeong International Music Foundation (TIMF), in cooperation with other artistic institutions and partners, calls for musicians of the UNESCO Creative Cities to apply to the TIMF Academy 2017.

The TIMF Academy will take place at Tongyeong Concert Hall from 9 to 14 January 2017 and will offer a programme of free tuition for 5 days of individual lessons, in presence of German violinist and academic teacher Christoph Poppen. This programme aimed to foster music education by passing on experienced artists’ knowledge and insights to the younger generation of musicians. 

Applicants are invited to send a 10-minute recording – preferably in a video format – along with the completed Application Form to academy@timf.org.

Extended deadline for the submission of applications: 18 December 2016.
