Bologna, Creative City of Music, invites all members of the Network, from all creative fields, to present the application of one or more art gallery(ies) to be hosted at the 2017 SetUp Contemporary Art Fair, an innovative and independent art fair which focuses on emerging artists. The fair will take place in the same period of the exhibition ArteFiera International Exhibition of Modern and Contemporary Italian Art, from 27 to 29 January 2017.

The applying art galleries should illustrate Kierkegaard’s motto: “To dare is to lose one's footing momentarily. Not to dare is to lose oneself.”

In addition, each application should involve at least one artist and one curator under the age of 35.

The selected art galleries will have the opportunity to be showcased within a 37 square meter booth at the SetUp Contemporary Art Fair, and to enhance their networking opportunities at the international level.

Deadline for submitting entries: 10 November 2016.
