Adopted on 23 November 2018 in Belgrade (Serbia), the declaration reaffirmed the commitment of the Member States of the BSEC (including the Republic of Azerbaijan) to strengthen the cultural cooperation among themselves and continue to promote a model of cultural cooperation, based on mutual understanding and respect. It also encouraged creativity through the support of the mobility of artists and professionals in the field of cultural and creative industries and taking into account the importance of innovations and digital technologies for boosting local and national economies.
Quels sont les résultats atteints jusqu’à présent grâce à la mise en œuvre de la politique/mesure ?: 
The adoption of the Belgrade declaration has led to the development of the Plan of action of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Working Group on Culture, adopted for the years 2019-2020 and coordinated by the Republic of Turkey. The plan of action contained explicit references to the 2005 Convention for the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions as an internationally agreed mechanism that aims to shape the design and implementation of policies and measures that support the creation, production, distribution of and access to cultural goods and services. The plan contained a chapter of activities for the BSEC Member States on encouraging creativity through the support of the mobility of artists and professionals in the field of cultural and creative industry. The chapter aims to explore the facilitation of mobility of artists and professionals in the field of cultural and creative industries in the BSEC region, as well as promote the exchange of experience and experts in the field of creativity in the digitalization and the entrepreneurship in creative industries.
